Pierpont degree Holds

So I was approved for graduation in August and told to pay the graduation fee by 10/04. Today when I logged into my ROAR to pay I found out that the option to pay is no longer there and it displays this information
"Select the transcript level and transcript type.
Your transcript is not available due to holds on your record."
 when I click on Holds, it is showing me this

I recommend you call them and tell them that you're trying to pay your graduation fee but showing the admin error.
