Please clarify. Thanks.
Yes, EC accepts all PFC courses that are ACE Reviewed.

Important Clarification regarding Penn Foster and Excelsior
1. Excelsior College accepts Penn Foster college credits that are ACE approved, that is 100% true however they accept them with Pass/Fail as grade.
2. Excelsior College accepts Penn Foster college credits with a letter grade. This is true but with limitations. Excelsior College reviews Nationally Accredited credits from degree-granting institutions, but they only accept 30 credits at most. So if you are transferring classes from PFC like me I would send both the ACE and the Penn Foster College transcripts to Excelsior and select 30 credits to be accepted with letter grade.
I remember there was somebody that transferred 30 credits from CCU to Excelsior with letter grades. The person had about 60 credits and they gave him the option to choose which of the classes he wanted to transfer.

I just looked at all of those classes and am wondering if something will fullfill my Social Science and History credit. I only need one credit in that area. COuld Psychology or art appreciation?

Art Appreciation would be a humanities credit. Psychology would fulfill a social science credit but it would be a bit more than a CLEP so I would take that route. Given, if you fail a PF course you really didn't put any effort into it.
