Anyone know if the Penn Foster programming course and any of the others that expired at the same time are being reviewed for renewal? If not, does anyone know who Penn Foster's contact is for ACE related questions? Thanks.

My son is doing Penn Foster High School with Early College Credit, so I need to make sure none of the courses he'll be taking will be affected - thanks!

Community College: Intro to Philosophy, Fundamentals of IT, English Comp 1 Saylor: Intro to Business, Principles of Marketing, Corporate Communication Shmoop: US History 2 (WGU won't accept this) ALEKS: Int. Algebra, College Algebra Study.com: Personal Finance, Principles of Finance, HR Management, Global Business, Advanced Operations Management Straighterline: US History 2, Environmental Science, US History, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, English Comp 2, Principles of Management, Business Law, Business Ethics, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Accounting 1,Communication, Managerial Accounting, Statistics Ed4Credit: Managing Information Systems Sophia: Project Management WGU: Bachelors in HR Management Second son is currently attending Penn Foster for his high school diploma, then on to Ashworth for An Associates in Criminal Justice

All of the expiration dates are in the ACE database, just do a search on any of them your son starts them (or any he's currently working on)

For those that may be affected by this, just got a response from Penn Foster. The courses that expired in February including Intro to Programming and Visual Basic ( or was that Java??!?) are not scheduled to be renewed.

For those who took the courses after it expired or forgot about the ACE recommended courses, you may PLA those and other courses you have taken, such as passing some non ACE courses by Saylor. If you have some yet limited experience as well, add that to strengthen your position within your portfolio in the PLA.
