Anyone know if the Penn Foster programming course and any of the others that expired at the same time are being reviewed for renewal? If not, does anyone know who Penn Foster's contact is for ACE related questions? Thanks.

Do you know which courses expired? My son is doing Penn Foster High School with Early College Credit, so I need to make sure none of the courses he'll be taking will be affected - thanks!

All of the expiration dates are in the ACE database, just do a search on any of them your son starts them (or any he's currently working on)

DUH! Thanks, I don't spend a lot of time on the ACE site, so I didn't think of that.

For those that may be affected by this, just got a response from Penn Foster. The courses that expired in February including Intro to Programming and Visual Basic ( or was that Java??!?) are not scheduled to be renewed.

They have a few that have expired. For those who took the courses after it expired or forgot about the ACE recommended courses, you may PLA those and other courses you have taken, such as passing some non ACE courses by Saylor. If you have some yet limited experience as well, add that to strengthen your position within your portfolio in the PLA.
