This is also true of most or all HES courses available for either graduate or undergraduate credit: there are different grading rubrics with more work required for the graduate credit. It's not the same material (in work product expected, there may or may not be additional specifically assigned readings), you do not "just pay more" for graduate credit.

I concede that for graduate credit you, HES says the course "may have additional or different assignments and generally are required to perform at a higher level than students enrolled for undergraduate credit." However, they use the word "may" quite conspicuously and based on the information from their site and courses I looked at, the materials used are in fact the same.
