Yes, the only thing I used was InstantCert. I studied about two weeks, but about 3 hours a day. About two years ago when I first thought about taking it I got one of the books (can't remember which one). After I took the test I saw some psych flashcards about 2"x3" - that would have been nice when I wasn't near the computer.
