I'm so happy family I just passed my first clep today. It was United States History I with a 55, I just passed by the hair of my chinny chin. Next up is Intro. Soc.

CONGRATULATIONS!! That's a difficult test for your first one... took guts! Remember - "A pass is a pass"... your score doesn't matter - what does matter is that you just completed a full semester of Amer History, in a sitting - great job!

DANTES-Fundamentals of College Algebra: Scored 47 (and 47 is the req'd pass score! :eek: ); Jan 08
DANTES-Drug & Alcohol Abuse: Scored 57; Feb 08
DANTES-Ethics in America: Scored 55; Feb 08
DANTES-Organizational Behavior: Score 54; Mar 08
DANTES-Technical Writing: Score 58; Mar 08

FELL SHORT OF A PASSING SCORE (I'll never say the 'F' word):
ECE-Organizational Behavior: Score D (but passed DANTES version 2 hours later! Big Grin )

55 is fine, not the skin of your teeth. I just got my results for history 2 and I got a 50 lol that's the skin of your teeth.
Passed A LOT lol

Congratulations, I know how you feel. I just passed my first CLEP (Macroeconomics 53) this morning. I got a 49 on Microeconomics last month and was very dissappointed. Now I have my second wind and hope to pass more. I am scheduled for Intro to sociology next. Congratulations again and good luck.

I studied for about 3 weeks, I used IC but I found it to be no help. I read the REA and that helped the best. I also took the peterson's test. That was just about it.
