...with a 444. When I clicked on the "Submit Exam", I really had no idea if I passed. I'll put feedback in the specific feedback section.

Generally, I took about 9 practice tests and scored anywhere from 78 to 42. What I noticed is that some leaned towards the biochem part of substance abuse, some leaned towards the sociology part of substance abuse, then some were more generic.

Okay, so for some reason I can't log into the specific exam feedback forum so I'll post here. The test I got today was heavily weighted towards biochem and sociology. It had a lot of questions about the chemistry of drugs. It had a lot of questions about the sociology of drugs - studies, research, etc. In most cases I was able to narrow the answers to two possible ones and then guessed. It is the test that I have been least confident about and studied for the most. I would not consider this an easy test, despite my background.
