Organizational Behavior is the application of social science -- in particular, psychology, social psychology, sociology, and anthropology -- to the organization and to the problems faced by those working in organizations. So the knowledge you gain from study of those topics will help in your performance on the test and using what you learn in studying for the test. Info in the feedback section as linked by Shoto describes the overlap with other business tests.

To answer your question, yes, I noticed overlap with Human Resource Management and a bit with Psychology.
