I have never tested out of any subject, but I thought I would try Organizational Behavior. If I review the questions at InstantCert would this be enough to pass the exam? Thanks.

Review the flashcards, go over everything listed in the specific feedback section and google anything you're having trouble remembering and you should be great! Big Grin

Take org behavior after you have taken both management and supervision.

Check the "specific feedback" section (available to paying members of IC) for pointers on all three of these tests.

I took Organizational Behavior after I had taken Psychology, Management and Supervision. Based on what I knew from those tests, I only spent about 2 or 3 hours studying. However, I think I would have been fine with that amount of study even if I hadn't had the other tests as background. It's a pretty basic test... if you know how people act, you should be fine. Smile

IC is definitely sufficient.
