IC has been the only tool I've utilized in passing 8 exams (CLEP: Management, Marketing, Biz Law, Humanities, Info Sys and Comp Apps; DSST: Ethics, Org Behavior, MIS), all by high scores. The flashcard format works very well for me, and I've started using it in other classes with equal success. IC was well worth the investment and I've recommended it to others.
how long did it take you to study for the organizational behavior exam?

Just passed this exam with a 57. study Snazzle's study notes and get the book from Robbins and Judge, "Essentials of Organizational Behavior", 10 Edition. It's about $4.95 or so on Amazon. Study that with Snazzle's guide and you should pass. I studied IC and the book. The IC flash cards didn't help much in my opinion. Had I known what I know now, I would not have needed the IC flashcards. The book and the guide is enough. Expect to spend about a good 10-20 hours of "real" study time to learn the material. Good luck.
