Opinion on CLEP Humanities vs Analyzing Lit

So in your personal opinion and experience which is easier, CLEP Humanities or CLEP Analyzing and Interpreting Literature?

They are both worth 6 credits and I feel A&I would take less study time aka I could take it next week where Humanities would take some name memorization and art and architexture cramming. I feel confidant in my comprehension and in interpretation skills but is it significantly more difficult? I also ask because I plan on takeing 10 exams over next 3 weeks and am trying to get as many done as possible without having to spread my study focus too thin.

I voted A&I Lit, because it's more intuitive knowledge, and less "Trivial Pursuit". But actually, Humanities was the first exam I took, and I got a good score on it. I'm planning to take A&I Lit this Friday or Saturday.

Humanities because that exam is basically on everything and anything. A&I was very boring and I tried my hardest not to fall asleep during the exam.

I ended up taking A & I Lit. I was scared of it at first, but I just spent a few hours going through sparks notes.com and acquainted myself with Frost, Shakespeare, etc.

I also used the Petersons practice tests and that helped a lot get in the mode to "analyze and interpret". I did horrible on the first one, but as I kept moving on, it got easier.

The humanities exam was filled with lots of things that I did not know at all, so I decided to do A & I. I love to read and did not find it boring, so I think it is a very personal choice.

I think at this point I am going to go with A&I Lit unless the advisor says I can't use all 6 credits since I already have English credit from previous school. I remember reading something on here where someone said you could only have so many credits from that but now I forget the specifics. I've done too much reading lately.

Thanks for the opionions and if anyone else has one keep it comming. I still have 2 weeks to schedule it.

I did equally well on both but thought A&I was easier.
I didn't study beyond taking a practice test in the CLEP book.

For Humanities, I took the practice test, then looked up everything I missed on Wikipedia. I am a huge music buff, and that really helped with that test. I hadn't discovered IC at that point, and I haven't looked at their flashcards to say how well they help.

I'd do A&I Lit. On Friday I was convinced I would fail it and on Saturday and Sunday I took the Peterson's practice exams and read the beginning of the REA A&I lit study guide. Monday I decided I needed to step away from it all so I could go into the test with a clear head on Tuesday morning. I passed the exam and I'm far from a literature enthusiast.

Based on the CLEP study guide practice exam, the Humanities CLEP looks like it would be more difficult.

I took it cold yesterday and passed with a 67. I had the Norton's Anthology as a textbook in high school English in 1980 and the style of writing they used on the test was the same.

There were 4 or 5 questions on literary terms that I guessed.

The poetry was awful and very, very hard to read.

It isn't just winning, it is dominating. I guess this is a pretty easy decision.
