Maybe this should have been asked 6 pages ago.

I meant Old Guy chastising the rest of us for not asking sooner. If he thought it should have been asked sooner, he should have asked it.

I think the poster wants help, and maybe doesn't want to share the name of the school - but at 116 credits into a degree, the InstantCert forum isn't the best place to ask. Honestly, what can we offer here that trumps his academic advisor (especially when we can't read the degree requirements, we're basing it off of the OP's vague understanding)
At that point, the academic advisor really needs to be the point of contact, especially if there are workarounds for the foreign language requirement - which again, things to know 2 years ago.
Interdisciplinary Studies, in my opinion, would be less impressive than a history degree, so if the question is as I understand it, switching to TESU and grabbing the history degree (unless this school has prestige) is what I'd still suggest. (maybe the poster meant "international" instead of "interdisciplinary" which would make sense)
In any event, I think my value add is empty at this point.

And I'm still trying to figure out why you'd need 16cr of foreign language for a History major, but not for Interdisciplinary Studies?
