Oh! So, my son's marketing class came over WITH A GRADE.

That was unexpected. It wasn't a HUGE bummer (because he got a B-) but had we known I would have encouraged him to aim higher than just a pass.

Marketing came in as BS101 Intro. Marketing and Strategy, B-, 3 credits

Thanks for posting this. I passed the BG101 tonight with a B+, thinking it was going to be a Pass grade. I’m glad to hear that his transferred with a grade. Is your son over 18? Curious to see if they’ve changed their age restriction prejudices.

BS101 is OnlineDegree's course number, I wonder if COSC is just not giving it an equivalency?  It should come in as MKT 220  or something like that (Study.com's BUS 102: Principles of Marketing comes in as MKT 220).

I wish they would change it, but so far they have not. Yes, he is 19.

Not on his transcript - BUT - that might be simply because it didn't need to apply to his major? In other words, that would have been extra work for them to evaluate an elective. Looking at his transcript elective list, everything kept their original number. ACPE is the assigned alpha to all his Straighterline courses (Alternative Credit Project Ecosystem- he had it in ACE both ways they picked ACPE)
