Is there any college where you can input all the courses you have taken at other institutions and it'll tell you what degrees you are eligible for and how many additional credits you would need to take to graduate?

I.e. input 100 credits and it'll say you need 2 psych courses for an associates in psychology or 30 for a BA.

At TESC, after they complete your credit evaluation, you can use their evaluation tool to see unofficially how short you are from graduating from a particular program.
