Don't forget that COSC is free to apply to until Jan 5, 2018 -
https://www.charteroak.edu. If it is an option of the big three you're interested in - don't lose out on this offer (I have never seen them run a free application period). Even if it takes you a little while to get your transcripts in order, get the application in - $75 is money better spent towards other credits (or transcript fees)

Same boat. Heavily considering now that TESU has dropped Shmoop indefinitely and I don't want to wait around to finish my degree now that I finally have time to focus on it.

It was the one and only time I had ever seen, or heard of, them waiving the application fee. You could email them directly
admissions@charteroak.edu and inquire if they have any application waivers available, or upcoming planned.
