You would have to discuss that with an EC advisor. But it should, because it's RA. They're picky when it comes to English Comp from alternate sources, but they are (as far as I know) pretty generous when it comes to English Comp from RA (and maybe NA) sources.
Thanks for the response, just got back from my EC advisor and looks like it's a no from him, "I have looked up that course, ENG 200, from Olivet Nazarene University, and it does not look like it will transfer or count for the second Written English requirement. "
But he seems pretty confused about all my questions(doesn't even know what an ACTFL test is), don't know how accurate this would be.
That's a very strange response. I could understand EC not accepting it toward their English Comp requirement, but surely it would at least be an elective. I don't remember hearing of EC ever not accepting RA credit, only in not accepting it to specific requirements.
