Ohio State: Free Sanitizing Course: First Course in Academic Certificate

Ohio State has an interesting free course related to sanitizing public spaces.  It is the first of four courses within an academic certificate.  It does not appear to me that the first course is credit-bearing.  The subsequent three courses do seem to be actual Ohio State courses.  Originally, each course in the certificate cost $1297.50.
