Personally, I found Analyzing & Interpreting Literature to be a very easy exam, so I'm not surprised to see it up there. I've also recommended that exam to many of my coworkers to get their feet wet in testing, with almost 100% positive results.

Very possible that those folks already speak, read, and write the language beforehand.

Spanish and french are probably so high because most of the people who even try to take language cleps have a background in the language.
