I just got my official TESU evaluation and on the unofficial one I had
COM-108 Fundamentals of Speech
POS-110 American Government
They went into Additional General Education Electives
2 COMA103 Fund Of Speech COM-108 *CC *TE
2 POLS105 Survey of Am Govt POS-110 *CC *TE
I took these at CC and I do not want to have to spend time or money to re-take these. Is there any way for me to get these to count in oral communication and civic engagment so that I don't have to re-take these? Thank you

Send an email to advising and point it out. It should be an easy fix.

Get the course syllabi if you can, then make an appeal. Maybe they don't think the CC courses cover the same info as their courses. You can even compare a syllabus to study.com or a straighterline syllabus and make a case for similarity. Submit it all at the same time.
I know I had a speech class that didn't transfer over as anything other than an elective but it was because three speeches were required and my cc only required three written speeches and only 1 or 2 actual speeches. So I had to retake it. But hopefully that won't be the case for you.

Yeah, someone there is nuts. Those are the exact course equivalencies for the courses you're supposed to fill into the slots. If the courses didn't work, they would have given them different equivalencies.
Because once you took the "correct" courses, then they would replace these, and move the NEW courses to the correct spots? NO, if the new courses were the correct ones, then they would have a different course number, and these would count as well, as GE Electives.
Someone needs to fix this for you.
