Hi guys - registering for the Information Literacy Course - does it matter what mentor I choose for this or does that only really apply to the Capstone?

I personally don't think mentor should matter for SOS-110, as the course material is pretty easy and straightforward but YMMV.
I imagine the capstone is where the mentor you choose would matter most.

Ultimately you want to score a good grade in the class in the end as it will affect your internal GPA. The mentor does help you go through the class as seamlessly as possible. So, I would suggest taking your time to "make sure you meet" the requirements of the mentor you've signed up with. It really doesn't matter who you sign up the Cornerstone/Capstone with, you need to follow their metrics. Just make sure to do everything well before the deadline otherwise, communicate that with the mentor...

This was a fairly straight forward class, so you should be ok. I always check who's mentoring and look them up on rate my professor.
