From the quick glance at the site, the courses themselves appear free, but if you want a completion certificate, you must pay $11.95 for an emailed certificate, or $20 plus shipping for a mailed one. The cost is per-course, so the cost could stack quickly.
Alternatively, OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour certification is widely available and should cover all those same subjects for one fee to culminate in a recognizable cert, instead of individual course completions. At least 10-hour training is strongly suggested for anyone who might have interaction with OSHA at some point. Our work site had two visits from OSHA under non-complaint National Emphasis programs in the last month and a half - the local branch has hired a ton of new inspectors judging from the volume of traffic to all the manufacturing companies in the area - and out of both visits, have no citations. We would not have been so fortunate a few years ago before the company required across-the-board training.
