Non Proctored Online College Courses

If your university is like many others, it may take ACE recommended courses for credit.
If that is the case, Saylor, Straighterline, Study.com and APU/AMU would fit nicely.

APU/AMU has regional accreditation. It shouldn't be lumped in with those other outfits.

He said it was because the nearest was an hour away... Which in my mind is more of an inconvenience than a bona fide impossibility. However I don't know his actual situation and maybe transportation is an issue as well. Anyway, it's reason enough to prefer other options.

P.S. It does work much better when people simply describe their situation rather than ask for what they think they need. Of course I run into this all the time as a software engineer:

Them: "How do I fix the Thingamajig?"

Me: "Why do you think the Thingamajig is broken?"

In that case, he can use proctorU. Problem solved.....or not?
