Depends on your background.
Chemistry is reputed to be one of the hardest tests around, so I would definitely steer clear of that one unless you have a great background in the subject.
Biology is doable, but is essentially a mile wide and an inch deep--lots to cover. Again, if you have a background in it, it could be much simpler.
Algebra is math (captain obvious here to help). If you're good at math, restudy a bit and you should be able to nail it. If you are scared to death of math, go for Humanities.
Humanities was one of my first CLEP's. It's similar to biology in that it's got a lot of potential coverage. But it's very passable. I studied for about two weeks primarily with InstantCert and got a mid-sixties score. But I was so green that I didn't realize there wasn't a penalty for guessing and left about 15 questions unanswered (!!!), and still passed with a good margin.
Hope that helps some. If it were me, I'd probably go for Algebra, since I'm not afraid of math and already know its subject matter--it'd just be refreshing. But if math scares you, I'd probably go for Humanities.

I am not a math person, so I would not suggest algebra. I would also not suggest biology or chemistry for reasons already listed.
Humanities was also one of my first tests. I thought it was fun to study for and even though it's a very broad test, you could do it with IC flashcards, forum feedback and wikipedia. That's all I used and I passed with a 67.

If you do a search, you will find a humanities study guide floating around in the forums.

but if humanities scares you why are you taking those science cleps? Are you sure your school will take them/ Most schools that require those also require at least one with a lab.
I have not taken any of the ones you listed, but I did take Natural Science which most say is at least 50% Biology it was a LOT of topics to study.
Can you possibly do ALEKS for the Algebra? I think that would be easier to do by Christmas.
Good luck.

Truly curious: Why would ALEKS be easier than a CLEP? A CLEP is 90 minutes long. My impression of ALEKS is that it'd be many, many days, if not longer (I think there was a thread here about this called ALEKS Hell).
If you already are familiar with the material, wouldn't a CLEP be easier? I might just be missing something about ALEKS.
Thanks.
