My suggestion is to complete an AS from COSC and ladder your way to a BSBA or General Studies with a concentration as it's the easiest of them all...
Your previous thread has a lot of information already for you. http://www.degreeforum.net/excelsior-tho...r-oak.html
If you want to view the info on their webpage, it's here: https://www.charteroak.edu/prospective/p.../index.cfm

I'm not necessarily a huge fan of the AA if you already know that you want a BA, some people care, some don't. Since getting the AA won't do you any good at the job you are currently at, I personally wouldn't waste my time, and just go straight through to the BA.
I agree though, that you want to go to COSC as that's where you're FEMA credits will count. TESU doesn't accept them any longer.
I would say you should look at other links, and figure out the COSC degree plan, and start getting credits.
I think you need College Algebra at COSC, but you could start on ALEKS and work your way up from Beginning Algebra (through Intermediate Algebra to College Algebra), and get 9cr. It's only $20/mo.
Other than that, you can just start. We have a "beginners guide" on the fourm, which explains all of the different ways to earn credits. Decide which way you want to start taking the Gen Ed requirements, and begin!

OP, welcome! So many things to share-
Since you already work in a school, you should see if there are professional development funds available to you for taking college courses. These might be from the general PD fund or through Federal/ Title/ Special Ed funding, depending on your paraprofessional role.
As a para, do you get a raise in your school/ district for having an associate degree instead of "just" 60 hours? If you do, an associate degree might be worth it.
Check out this thread, in which I put together some degree plans for Charter Oak.

OP, are you a native Spanish speaker? You could take the ACTFL Spanish OPIc and WPT exams for up to 6 lower and 6 upper level credits each.

I agree to take as much as you can, but ONLY if you get it pre-approved at COSC first. No one on this forum (that I know of) has done this yet, so we don't know how this will all transfer in. If they duplicate the speaking portion or the CLEP credits that you already have, then you don't want to waste your time and money. But, if they all come in with different course equivalencies, then you are golden!
If you do this, let us know how it goes!

Not sure why I thought that Reading and Listening duplicated CLEP.
OP, are you a para in Special Education? Florida has a program for sped paras who want to be teachers of record for exceptional students.

You have Spanish and FEMA already started! That's great!
I don't know the specifics of your state's licensure requirements, but make sure you find out from your state's website- there will be educational requirements there. You don't want to trust one of us and find out we missed something.
If you have solid Spanish fluency, I think there are more credits in Spanish you can get for Charter Oak. I don't know how they evaluate them though (combo of upper and lower credits?) but there are lots of foreign language threads here, you should search and see if they might work for you. (EDIT to add: I hadn't read ahead, but I see you've got advice here- I'm thinking if you can get upper level credit EVEN IF the lower level duplicates, that it will be worth the cost)
Congratulations on deciding to advance your career. My longest friend is an aid in a 3rd/4th grade special ed class. She's done that for over 15 years now, and she's always feared returning to school to become the teacher. Good for you! Your salary, benefits, and job security will be so much better.
EDIT to also add: I love Kay's suggestion about seeing if you can get a pay bump with the AA first. I agree with Dfrecore about not bothering with it if it doesn't boost you up in some way.
