New here, but not to Clep...
#1
Hey everyone,

I just thought I'd give a shout and say hey.

I've used IC for about 9 months now and never really got around to joining so... Here I am. Cool

I hope to contribute what I've learned to others and have 42 credits using CLEP.

I take my very first DSST test (intro to computing) on Friday so any last minute tips would be great!

Always Learning,
CC

Welcome to the forum!

Which test have you taken? If you decide to write up some feedback for them, you can post them in the Specific Exam Feedback Section for future IC-ers to enjoy.

What is your plan? Will you be channeling those credits through one of the big three?

Regards,
R.

Awesome, thanks for the welcome!
I've taken all of these...
03-11-2008 Analyzing and Interpreting Literature 62
04-10-2008 History of the United States II: 1865 to the Present 51
06-26-2008 Introductory Sociology 58
07-29-2008 Biology 53
09-16-2008 Western Civilization I: Ancient Near East to 1648 56
10-14-2008 Western Civilization II: 1648 to the Present 53
01-29-2009 Principles of Macroeconomics 58
02-19-2009 History of the United States I: Early Colonization to 1877 60
03-31-2009 Introductory Psychology 56
04-23-2009 Social Sciences and History 62
05-21-2009 American Government 56

That is a good idea... Maybe I'll write some feedback on some of the trickier ones.

Well, my plan was originally to finish my BS by the time I graduated highschool but that isn't going to happen... So now my goal is November 2010.

I will be turning in my credits through Thomas Edison College in VA. Then they will send me my degree!

That's about where I am. I wasn't aiming to get done by the end of highschool, but once I graduated this year, I decided that some time in mid-2010 would be a good time to finish up the bachelor's degree. I'm getting it through EC, though, because I'm taking the GRE Literature in English in November (TESC doesn't accept it). Which reminds me...I have some studying to do...

Glad you're on board with IC. It's a great place!
