You can always email them - what did you ask within the support ticket to them? I glanced at your BA and AA evaluation, the BA's missing your sciences and a few others that can go into the Gen Eds. In regards to your English I & II not coming in, it's because they figured your courses are more in line with the other EngXXX's. I'll review it closely and give you my recommendations.
You should be at the 90-93 credit mark if they move the courses around properly. My suggestion, if you have a StraighterLine membership is to get Eng I & II done quickly. If you need to renew, there is a $50 off coupon for membership I mentioned a few days ago, use it (9SL50P) - the code ends today!! Link: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...ode-9SL50P

Yeah, they are going to move them around. I basically emailed regarding that, plus the English courses, plus the other English course that isn’t even listed on my eval.
Seems like I need lots of courses still....I didn’t expect to be missing General Ed courses, etc.
I was under the impression they are a bit time consuming to complete both English Comp's through Straighterline?
Comp I & II can be done through Study.com as well. I'm just finishing up Comp II through them and it was pretty straight forward (my Comp I was through a B&M transfer). I think it was dfrecore that said the TECEP ENC-102-TE English Composition II was much easier than she expected, and passed it without much prep at all.

I think I should get credit for at least one of the English Comp's based on prior courses, I'll see that they say.
I find they aren't the best with email replies, always get a quick answer without properly reading the email sent or I get told to email a different dept. which is kind of confusing when they all sound similar.
I guess it's too much effort to re-assign or forward it themselves.

You get the best response from them when you ask one (direct) thing at a time. Too many inquiries in one email they tend to 'choose one' and ignore the others.

How come the conflict resolution course made it on the eval but Special Topics in H R M didn't?
I got a reply re: College English. They said with that course title, they weren't able to determine equivalency so I have to submit a course syllabus. Might be difficult as I took this course in 2003/2004 and I can only seem to find down to year 2010 on the college website, unless the college can somehow find it for me.
FYI, conflict resolution came in as a Sociology course, the HRM is a business course (free elective).
Weird, the updated docx shows the same 70 credits. But they did add the sciences and so on...
The "other" information shows fine as that's what was expected on my end. Let's see what can be done...
