Unfortunately, Tesu isn't on the list of schools that Amazon partner up with. SNHU is but is.

Oh, I always thought Amazon has "other" partnerships for tuition assistance as well, not just specific partnerships with these institutions.... SNHU and WGU are both on the list, it's your choice, both are very good options... Since you've taken WGU courses, you know how well you can go, if you transfer in the bulk of whatever you can and take the final 30+ credits that can't be transferred into either schools, you'll already there. Again, both of these take ACE and not NCCRS (I don't recall SNHU taking these...) My suggestion is... if you want to try SNHU, go for them at the undergrad level and jump back to WGU for graduate level studies.

I decided to major in Labor Studies at TESU. I know it's like sociology but I like how labor studies is like a mixture of economics, sociology, and just understanding how the laws work. My friend told me this woman majored in foreign language and turns out she now works in a law firm. I think now a days, it doesn't matter what degree you go for as long as you have a degree I feel like.

Hey guys, after a year one of my friend graduated with a finance degree and he says he gets paid really well. I decided to go into finance as well, cause I really like it. I know it won't be fast as doing a communications degree but I know that there will always be a job needed in that field. Only thing is now the school to choose I'm thinking SNHU or TESU. I think I'll probably go with TESU, but I live in CA. I was reading a blog from 2019 that it was like almost $9k for a degree whereas people paid $20-25k and they took the traditional route. I'm planning to take the sophia courses as well.

Finance is definitely a better option than Communications, or Labor Studies which was from your previous post.

@Harrynguyen, just wondering, have you completed any courses during this time from your last post? Did you do any ACE/NCCRS credits towards a degree at TESU? At the end of the day, the TESU BSBA Finance AOS is just that, a Business Admin degree with 18 credit minor, it's not a true Finance degree. Question, your tuition assistance or reimbursement at Amazon, is it from Bright Horizons (EdAssist) or from Guild Education? I can't remember which one they use, maybe something else...

I have not... ACE like Sophia classes? I heard it doesn't matter the type whether its a BSBA, BA, or BS. It's from Career Choice provided by Amazon but I also am eligible for Pell Grant as well, but its only like $2K.

Fill in the template/addendum here so we know what credits you have and your commitments, study habits, etc. I still go back to my previous suggestions, get the Associates on route to your Bachelors free at TESU. They have a partnership with Amazon Career Choice, so your Associates/Bachelors is free anyways, if you want to double down, you can get two associates/two bachelors free... https://www.tesu.edu/amazon

@Harrynguyen, you missed the addendum, that's the main thing I wanted to read actually as what you've typed I already know.  Essentially, you have WGU 18 ACE credits, you need just the 15 credits at TESU for residency requirements, you can take the next set of credits entirely through ACE/NCCRS options such as Sophia.org/Study.com or Davar/LawShelf for your double Bachelors.  You can do the Associates first, then another semester do the Bachelors.

Here's the kicker, you should only take two capstones, the cornerstone, and two easy courses or e-packs for a total of 15 credits. In order to max your ROI/Value, add the Associates/Certs freebies. You transfer everything else in, and you should do the BACS/BALS NSM, BSBA Entrepreneurship AOS, plus the CIS & Finance Certs (and/or any other associates/certs as it's the same price if you get them all at the same time).

For the BSBA, Entrepreneurship & International Business AOS are the only two that do not have a certificate option, the other AOS all do.

The two easier courses I suggest you take are, Associates Capstone (to prepare you for the Bachelors and also get you an Associates in Applied Science), SOS-2040 Academic Community Impact (only option to an easier LIBCE-4950 Liberal Arts Capstone: Community Engagement).  I wrote about multiple options for obtaining credits or the residency waiver and the ACI course options. You will need 30 RA credits, you can mix/match two flat rate terms.
