Ladies and gentlemen, Dsst has added Business Ethics as a upper level as assessed by ACE.
This info is not available on the Excelsior website yet, so I'm unsure as to whether they will accept it as such, however, this is a great addition to those completing Gen Business and need those 9 upper credits.
If anyone as gotten or privy to how Excelsior, TESC, OR Charter Oak would look at this please share.

DSST placed this exam on their new exam list back in October. But the last time I spoke to them ( around the hoildays) they did not know when the exam would be available to take. So is this exam available to take? You said that ACE was placing this as an upper level course. It should be because I have not seen any Business Ethics classes listed under a 200. I just hope EC COSC and TESC places it at an upper level.

I've had the DSST exam page open for the last four days - Saw this, hit refresh, and there it was! Thanks for the heads up MartialArtist!

Wouldn't it be great if TESC accepted this as a substitue for their TECEP Business in Society? This test even uses what looks like 1 of the same textbooks that TESC uses for the TECEP.
That way, those of us going for the BSBA could reduce the # of TECEPS (i.e., financial drain) that we'd have to take.
Thanks for posting about this!

Ouch categ! Well, at least you have it out of the way already. Wanna be the guinea pig since it doesn't matter how you do anyway? :reddevil:
I am interested in seeing how EC responds to this one. They've always allowed the Ethics in America DSST to count as lower level in addition to their upper level Ethics ECE. Now you have another ethics exam added. Hopefully it will fall under the Business Upper Level as ACE recommends. They've done some screwy stuff before though....

Maybe it just went up; I called 2 months ago, and again last week, but they had no information on when it will be released. Might be tomorrow, or in 4 months for all I or seems like everyone at Prometric knows. But looks like it is available now?
I'm going to ask TESC if it would work for :
C. Ethics and the Business Profession
(Organizational Leadership core curric.)
