Via Excelsior's Exam Content Guides and Documentation page, here's the content guide [pdf] for a new UExcel in General Chemistry I, which states it will become available in June 2014.
Test questions will be of three types: "four-option multiple-choice items with only one option designated as the key[,] and five-option multiple-choice items with more than one option designated as keys, and drop and drag items."
It seems that there will be approximately 80 questions of all types in total (but I can't be entirely sure given ambiguous construction of the original sentence). The test will last 3 hours. As a 3-hour UExcel I'd guess that it will cost $325 or so, like others. Credit is 3 semester hours at the lower level, with a letter grade transcripted.
