My mistake - I meant that I will still need to take the capstone thru TESU.

I would enroll in something now, even if you don't need it for your degree. Enrollment in the Capstone now will also work. I would think that you should be VERY concerned at this point - I would not hesitate to enroll in the Capstone and get your degree immediately. I wouldn't take any chances on the residency credits at this point in your degree plan.

I just enrolled in the Capstone course. Will my plan renew by simply enrolling in the Capstone, or will I need to pass it before August?

"This year is just a surprise because they moved up the date to April 1, and they are making the TECEP's not count for residency retroactively."
In all the responses I have seen posted and in my own case as well this is not true. I have not taken ANY Teceps yet and the registrar comfirmed that all of the Teceps I have registered for in the MAY term will count towards my residency.

This is something the school just finally clarified two days ago. Prior to that, inconsistent information was being given to everyone. But now officially, anyone currently registered for TECEPs for the April and May 2016 terms will be able to apply those credits toward their residency requirements.

And I was talking about the fact that it applies to people who are enrolled and their catalog states that TECEP's count for residency. They are taking that option away from people going forward (after the May term).

This is probably a dumb question, but as long as I register for my TECEPs before the 16th of April for the May term they will be counted as my residency requirements correct? I won't miss out on this because I wasn't registered for them before April 1st correct?
