TESU March Graduation Deadlines

Got the March graduation email from TESU. In it, there is mentioned the deadlines for course completion and transfers:

The next deadline to apply for Graduation is January 1, 2020 and the degrees will be conferred in March 2020. All TESU course work must be complete by February 1, 2020 and all transfer credit must be postmarked by January 15, 2020.

For the bolded part about transfer credits, by "postmarked," I'm guessing this means all transfer credits must be transferred before January 15, but do they need to be evaluated by TESU before January 15?
Any suggestions of things to be careful of?

There is a sorta exception to this rule, but things may have changed. While the transfer credit deadline is Jan. 15, IF someone is taking the capstone which ends in Feb. 1, final grading usually takes place a few days later. Point, there is a little wiggle room beyond the Jan 15 (postmark) and before the Feb. 1 date. Please check with TESU before waiting past Jan. 15 date.
