I think Liberal Studies would be easiest, since you have plenty of upper-level credit already when you combine Social Science and Humanities. Here's a rough go at what you have.
Bachelor of Arts
I. General Education Requirements COMPLETED
ENC-101 GS003 English Composition I
NEED ENG102 - English Comp II

BIO-101 Introductory Biology 4
PSY-210 Human Growth & Development
PSY-101 Introduction to Psychology
GOG-110 Physical Geography
REL-405 Intro. to World Religions
NEED SOC-101 - Intro to Sociology or ANT-101 – Cultural Anthropology
NEED PHI-384 Business Ethics or DSST Ethics in America
You need 7 more hours of General Ed electives
HEA-103 Here's To Your Health 3
HEA-106 Personal Health 1
HEA-195 First Aid 1
HIS-114 American History II 3
II. Area of Study: Liberal Studies (33, 18 UL*) COMPLETED

D. NEED LIB-495 Liberal Arts Capstone 3
III. Free Electives COMPLETED

BA, MA, EdS, MMT, etc.
83 hours of ACE-worthy credits
With TESC new requirements I am wondering if I should consider the other two schools. I understand the capstone but the other requirements have really set me back.

N) Responsible Ethical Leadership Straighterline Business Ethics or DSST Ethics in America 3 credits needed
N) Personal and Social Responsibility Elective Straighterline Sociology or S.L. Anthropology...............3 credits needed
Those are just a few of the many options. I'm pretty sure there was a free PDF e-book floating around for SL business ethics.
