Penn Foster has
Art Appreciation, cost $237 and it is currently ACE approved. Quite a few forum members left feedback on it. I seem to remember it being described as easy. Try a quick google search for reviews/details.

Not the cheapest, but Sophia has a good Art History course. I takes about a week to complete at a steady pace.

Be aware that the Music and Art Appreciation status on ACE
currently expires on 10/31. This is plenty of time, but you wouldn't want to finish after that date just in case the course is not renewed.

@Topdo98 he finished music Appreciation today. It was already approved on ACE. Will this count when he enrolls at COSC in the spring?

Yes, it should be accepted by COSC since it is on his ACE transcript.
It matters that it is ACE approved when you finish the course and not when you enroll.
