Need info about Excelsior Online Courses

Hi! I need to take 5-6 courses and if anyone has already taken any of the following, I just need to know do they require any type of proctored exams? And how did you like the format, and teacher feedback. Thanks in advanced!

Statistics (If I don't pass DSST exam next week!)
Writing for the Professions
Professional Socialization
Teaching Across the Cultures
Health Assessment And Promotion In Nursing Practice
Baccalaureate Capstone Course

I was signed up for the Business Stats class for a week. I didn't really like the format, because it was confusing and cluttered, so I withdrew after a week. No proctored exams that I know of, and that was the only so-so experience I had with an Excelsior class. The rest have been great.
