Are these FEMA with ACE recommendation for credit or without?
Would you be able to tell me what upper level courses to fulfill my arts and sciences requirement that would be available at sophia.org

Sophia does not have any UL A&S courses.  The best place to get those is Study.com or Coopersmith.

And just an FYI, your map has courses listed by school which is helpful, and then the number of credits, the area (E= Free Electives, key is on p.7).  Here's what works for UL that you've already taken:

ARHS*455 SEL PROBS IN ART HISTORY: AEGEAN ART (3 HUMANITIES)
POLICING A DEMOCRACY (3 SOCSCI)
PROCEDURAL LAW (3 SOCSCI)
SUBSTANTIVE LAW (4 SOCSCI)
LAW*313 LAW/POL RACE REL (3 SOCSCI)

FIELD TRAINING PROGRAM (3 FREE ELECTIVE)
POLICE CRISIS INTERVENTION (4 FREE ELECTIVE)
POLICE FIELD PROBLEMS (4 FREE ELECTIVE)
POLICING SPECIAL POPULATIONS (3 FREE ELECTIVE)

So you just need 14cr of UL in the A&S areas, and 3 of that will come from your capstone, leaving 11cr/4 courses.

Study.com has an equivalency list on their website: https://study.com/college/school/excelsior-college.html

Since you need an Ethics course and an UL, you may as well take BUS 318: Management Ethics to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.  Other options for UL credits:
BUS 307: Leadership and Organizational Behavior
BUS 313: Organizational Communication
SOC 305: Sociology of Work
PSY 311: Physiological Psychology
PSY 315: Psychology of Motivation
PSY 316: Advanced Social Psychology

@new2this, depends what UL you're looking for. I highly suggest mix and match ACE/NCCRS credits with Excelsior to keep the costs down, also to allow you to complete the degree easier and faster. ACE options that haven't been mentioned would include Saylor.org, NCCRS example would be Davar Academy/LawShelf, you need to get your advisor to approve those courses towards your particular degree.

Saylor does not have any UL A&S courses, just business ones. LawShelf also has no UL A&S - all of their UL are either Business electives or Free Electives.  Davar does not have any UL A&S courses.

So you are limited to Study.com (list above) and Coopersmith.

@@new2this, if you look at the evaluation, you only need 2 UL and 6 LL courses to complete. Take the cheap, easy, fast way out. Here's an example I would go, you may want to email academic advising after you've started your Info Lit course, you can work on the courses at the same time, it's your preference.

2 UL - Davar Academy, Organizational Behavior and Management Communications. If you take two exams, it's $129 for 6 credits.
Another option if you want to do something computer related, Davar Academy MIS and Saylor.org Software Engineering for $5.

For your lower level courses, take 6 at Sophia.org, your required Ethics and Math, I would take all other courses you've not taken before from Sophia.org as well, invest in a second monitor for multi-tasking and finding answers as Sophia.org is not proctored.

In regards to LawShelf, if you want to take courses from them, you can email academic advising asking about the Electives. Some are not business electives and may go into the lower level requirements you need. Academic advising has the final say, not us.

I am starting ethics tomorrow at sophia.org followed by intro to college math at sophia.org

How do i go about telling them to move UL electives to fullfill the 5 UL arts and sciences requirement? Can 1 class fulfill 2 seperate requirements?

Im not good with CLEP testing and would rather take accelerated courses.

My Sept goal at sophia.org
•ETHICS
•INTRO TO COLLEGE MATH

My October goal at study.com
•history 308
•history 309
*fulfills Arts and Sciences UL requirement*

Leaving me with 5 any lower level academic elective.
Hopefully they will take 5 FEMA credits so i can start my final 3 courses at excelsior

You can't tell them to move things like that - once they determine that a course is a Free Elective, that's it - unless you can show them that it's NOT an elective, which in your case, you won't be able to do.  Just take 6cr of UL A&S courses and you're fine.

EU does not consider Management Communications a Humanities course - it's a Business Elective, and therefore will not come in as an UL A&S course.

I updated the above post. Tell me what you think.

@new2this, that's even better, if you're going with the Study.com option with the History courses. As I mentioned above, you can try the LawShelf courses for lower level requirements. Especially since you've got Police Academy credits, it'll be useful to have basic law or paralegal courses under your belt. What is ideal is that these courses are only $35/exam and they've got a special for 3 at $70 or 5 courses at $105! Last but not least, they're "voice proctored" versus by video camera, you just need to "say something" when required for the proctoring to complete. Here is their link: https://www.lawshelf.com/ and you can review their Excelsior Transfer

EU does not consider any SDC history courses as UL. My post #12 lists which courses come in as UL at EU.
