They are very specific courses, probably very hard to find.

Sophia.org has a Human Biology course but you'd need to find out if they'll accept that as a transfer. They might not.
ONU has a nutrition course that you could inquire about. Olivet Nazarene charges $50/credit or $150 per course. https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Ol...University
Coopersmith has some courses that are at least similarly named to a few of what is on your list. But I don't know if your school accepts NCCRS classes.

Per their website: https://www.uwstout.edu/academics/other-...ing-credit
UW-Stout accepts (at least some) ACE and NCCRS credits. Personally, I'm surprised that a UW school would do this. We won't know transfer equivalencies, but it should theoretically be possible to use ACE credits at this school.
TESU Class of 2024 BSBA-CIS+GM, BSIT, ASNSM-CS+Math, AAS-GEN
Earned credits from Sophia, SDC, ASU ULC, TEEX, Microsoft, Strayer, TESU, Saylor, DSST, CLEP, CompTIA, StraighterLine, and others since starting in April 2020

You may be able to complete some classes at BYU for that degree.
Look under Family Home and Social Science.

It may just be easier and cheaper to complete them at UW. They're very specific classes that don't really show up often in ACE. Human Biology is available on Sophia, but you'll need to find out if UW accepts it for the course you need.

As you plan for all of this, remember in order to earn a degree at UW-Stout, students must complete their last 32 credits there. (according to the website).
TESU: BALS June 2021 (comm college, clep, sdc sophia coopersmith, SOS110, and capstone)

My daughter was able to transfer in the SDC's Bio w/lab for the Wisconsin Sustainable Management certificate program back in 2018 ( https://sustain.wisconsin.edu); it was a prerequisite she didn't have already. She didn't go through Stout, but she had her choice of any of these: UW-Green Bay, UW-Oshkosh, UW-Parkside, UW-River Falls, UW-Stout, and UW-Superior. There was an article online, that I cannot locate now, about one (or more) of the university system's presidents being an ACE supporter - it was that article that had her reach out to see if they would accept it.
Amberton - MSHRB
TESU - ASNSM/BSBA
