Need help formulating TESC BSBA plan
#1
On and Off, I've been credit taking since 2007. I've now decided I'd like to change careers even though I am paid well and to do this I need a bachelors degree in business. I'm having trouble deciding on BSBA in fiance vs. general management.

I need HELP formulating a degree plan with current credits that I have taken:

Intro to Sociology CLEP
Intro to Psych CLEP
Principles of Management CLEP
Anatomy and Physiology I and II SL
Business Communication SL
Business Stats SL
College Algebra SL
Eng Comp I and II SL
General Calculus I and II SL
General Chemistry I SL
Intro to Biology SL
Intro to Business SL
Macro and MicroEconomics SL
Medical Terminology SL
Precalculus SL
Western Civ SL

These are all the credits I've completed from previous years of clepping and doing straighterline. I'm trying to formulate a specific degree plan geared towards a BSBA as I feel it is the quickest one I can complete and will allow for a quicker career change. Esp. since from what I understand the Capstone for the BSBA is basically a course that is taken which from my understanding is what I will need to determine GPA since I plan on testing out of 99% of the degree.

Realistically how fast can I do this considering I have completed 40-50% of credits needed for a bachelors?

Any advice or wisdom shared would be greatly appreciated.

After transfers, I had 21 classes left for the bachelors and it took me 7 month by testing out of 19 of them.
My advice is to use these forums to plan your attack, write it out in pencil and then rework on the fly as you find ways to finish faster. For instance, reducing study time by taking similar tests where the information overlaps. Or realizing you don't need as much study time for some of the tests as originally planned. Or being a PITA to academic advisement until they approve 3 more transfer credits they didn't originally, not that I would ever do that!

IMHO, your first step should be to decide whether you want the Finance or General Management major since that will affect some of your course selection. E ceteris paribus, I'd recommend a Finance Major, even if you aren't sure that you will be seeking a finance-related position.

You've got a lot of scope for additional DSST, CLEP, and TECEP/ECE testing.
