Thank you so much, really appreciate any help ya'll can offer.

Oral Communication - Sophia Public Speaking (Sophia is also a good way to fill out your missing non-AOS electives)
Information Literacy - No substitute - TESU class
Survey of Literature - If you have a CLEP center open near you, https://modernstates.org/course/american-literature/ Otherwise, SDC "English 102: American Literature" and take American Literature II at TESU. Coopersmith has 2 American Literature courses; maybe these count?
Analyzing & Interpreting Literature - SDC "English 103: Analyzing and Interpreting Literature"
Non-Western Literature: SDC "English 301: Non-Western Literature"

SDC has English 305: Advanced Technical Writing that comes into TESU as ENG-306 : Intermediate Technical Writing. Non-western literature is another UL, that's 6.

BYU has some UL English courses: https://is.byu.edu/catalog?school=18&sub...pecial=All ENGL 361 should come to TESU as LIT-301. ELANG 325 should come in as ENG-324. ELANG 322 as ENG-399

So does University of Idaho: https://www.uidaho.edu/academics/online-...se/english Technical writing should come into TESU as ENG 306.

Double-check with TESU before starting any of these options just to make sure that these equivalencies are correct. It looks like you're not actually enrolled. I would suggest paying for the 1-credit Medical Terminology TECEP for $50. You don't actually have to take the TECEP but paying for it will get you fully enrolled so that you can access everything TESU has to offer.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210
