Need a little help-Registering and paying for TESC Class

So I figured I ask this question here because I assume there could be many other TESC June enrollees (you know, before the new requirements take affect) that could be confused too.

I officially "enrolled" a few days ago, and TESC made the process of giving them the $3075 easy. Although I got a payment confirmation, I never got any other emails from them about me enrolling. So I registered for the Liberal Arts Capstone and went to pay it says I need the college id AND a "pin number". What the hell is a pin number? They never gave me one, were they suppose to? I have no financial aid, I am using my credit card. I figured it would be easy to give them another $717, but no. I think if I don't pay today I will be de-registered for non-payment. It also says "Login credentials can not be validated at this time." at the top of the screen. I am thinking TESC is backlogged but who knows, they certainly charged my credit card-no problems there

Anybody out there that could clarify how I would get this magical pin number, like do I have to set up a payment account or something? Kind of stuck here.

Hmmm...pin number...not ringing a bell. (I enrolled in April, so I might have forgotten.) Sometimes when my password won't work I use the last 4 digits of my Social Security Number, in it's place. Try that and see if it works!

BTW, when I registered for my Capstone, the "check-out/payment page" never loaded. I had to call them...

Thanks TayTay! I'm not 100% positive it was the last 4 digits of my SSN, as when I entered it and hit the submit or continue button I had to re-login to the TESC online services due to inactivity. But after that it automatically went to the payment screen and was able to make my payment and I did receive a payment confirmation email too. Also my academic evaluation now says "pre-registered" under the capstone.

Now I just need the magical solution of how to erase the sting of spending $3800

Glad you got it worked out... I know, it's a big chunk, but it's better than the alternative! Hope your Capstone course goes well, in July. Sometimes the hardest part is making the decision to just do it!!!
