I LOVE behavioral economics, but I don't think I'll be able to put in the work for an econ degree.

I'll stick to my recommendation in post #52 and tweak it a bit, you might want to take some more courses towards subjects you have interest in such as "economics" and "psychology" towards that degree. So pace yourself, take as many alternative credit courses at your current pace, the Excelsior BSLA would be a very good match, you can ladder that up to say a Walden MS Industrial Organizational Psychology using the Tempo learning system.
