Hello All,
It's been a long time since I visited these forums. I was moving at a quick pace (93 credits in 6 months!!), but life reared its ugly head, and I had to step away for a while. Anyways, I finally got the distractions under control, but it seems that I took off the worst 6 months possible. All the requirements have changed, tests have been downgraded, and it seems that I'm much farther away from my degree goals then previously thought.
Either way, no crying over spilt milk, plus I have gotten one good thing. Without going into too much detail, I've been offered a great job, and as long as I finish my degree, any degree, its mine, so I'm motivated to get this done. My initial plan when I started way back when was a BA in History from TESC, and these were the exams I have already passed up until this point:
CLEP College Composition
CLEP College Math
CLEP Information Systems and Computer Applications
CLEP Humanities (NOW 3)
CLEP Social Science and History
CLEP Natural Science
CLEP Intro to Sociology
DSST Ethics in America
DSST Business Ethics
CLEP English Literature (NOW 3)
CLEP American Literature (NOW 3)
CLEP Analyzing and Interpreting Literature (NOW 3)
CLEP Western Civilization I
CLEP Western Civilization II
CLEP United States History I
CLEP United States History II
DSST Civil War and Reconstruction
CLEP Principles of Macroeconomics
CLEP American Government
CLEP Principles of Marketing
CLEP Principles of Management
CLEP Human Growth and Development
I'm still crawling through 6 months worth of posts, but it seems to me I'm skinning 12 credits off the top, putting my new total at 81 credits. What are some of the easier degree pathways with all the new changes in affect? I'd imagine its still going to be a liberal arts degree with a majority of my credits being on that side of the spectrum, but I wouldn't be adverse to a business degree with an easier path.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
