You have exactly the right attitude. Celebrate the wins, learn from the losses, and move on. Congratulations on earning 12 college credits. That's very impressive. Do you have a feeling for why you didn't pass A&I? So many folks post on this forum ask for the "easiest" test. Well, it depends. While A&I is often thought to be easy, it depends on your ability to read and understand what you've read. You were close, so you might want to give it another shot down the road if you need the credits. Good luck.

Thanks LaterBloomer, I think I underestimated the test since its considered one of the "easiest" tests. I went over the literary terms but I could've prepared better. My nerves did contribute to me not being focused. I swear I think I heard every time the door opened and someone walked by me or were getting set-up for a test themselves. I'm definitely going to give it a try again and in the meantime I'll be cracking the books for the rest of my credits.

U guys r scaring me. After I finish my first two cleps, I will be going to NY city for the first time. If I fail one of them, I might not be able to go to ny and i'd never hear the end of it. Do u always fail the first clep? Is there any way u guys found that u can prevent that.

Well, I don't think there's any way to guarantee not failing, but I'd say just do something you have a lot of confidence in for your first CLEPs. I took stuff that I know really well for my first CLEPs and almost didn't have to prepare at all, because they were subjects related to my job, or things that I just felt comfortable with.
