It's only been 2 weeks since I updated, but it feels like much longer. I feel like I should have accomplished much more by now. I have been busy with work and other life stuff
I have mostly been planning and enrolling in the community college. The only real thing I got done was my 3rd and 4th exams at Study.com, and now I have to wait 30 days before I can do my last two.
I am doing 4 summer courses online. I don't need these courses, but I'm doing it for the Pell Grant overage. It would be nicer if I didn't need the money, because this is going to delay my BSBA by 3-6 months. They are all accelerated 8-week classes. I forgot to find out if I can do pass/fail. And if I'm allowed, I don't know if I should go for a grade in any of the classes. Particularly the psych class, in case I am applying to a psych grad school someday.
Part of why I'm bothering with the Pell Grant is so I can get the Marketing concentration and pay for the ASNSM (possibly with two concentrations) which I want for personal reasons.
I may try to graduate in June (or March). However, I am considering putting off my BSBA for even longer. I do really want it soon, but I am thinking of attending a B&M school to get an LPN, and then ADN, and I could get grants to cover all or most, if I don't have a Bachelor's. It's a tough choice. It's something I do want to do, but I'm just not sure if it will work out with my life situation, for the next 9 months or more. I mean starting the LPN program then, at the earliest, and it would go for 9 to 12 months. That's a long time to delay the BSBA. So, maybe I will end up paying cash for the LPN program later on. The LPN program won't cost that much. It's the ADN that would. I think it would be 3-4 times the cost of the LPN, not counting the LPN courses.
This month I am trying to catch up with the EdX Differential Equations course. Other students are already starting the 5th module, and I am still doing the pre-requisites. I have to re-learn Calculus I and II before I start module 1. I have to catch up by the last day of the midterm. I think that module exercises don't necessarily have to be completed first, but it would make sense to know all them well before the midterm. I am dreading this course, but want the credit badly. It will also feel good if I stop fearing Calculus. I began trying to re-learn Calc I and II through Study.com and it's not going to help me much, so I'm switching.
I'm not worried about passing other courses besides Differential Equations and the Strategic Management TECEP.
I am disappointed that many schools won't email back. They are losing business. I am thankful for TESU's prompt replies.
I am considering taking some online biology courses with online lab. In particular, A&P I and II, in case I go for nursing someday. If I do real biology courses, it will slow me down a little, compared to taking some easier course. I am planning to do 12 credits in the fall, for Pell Grant overage, and probably 12 credits in the spring semester too. I have done A&P I and II before, but don't have credit. Nursing usually requires your A&P to be less than 5 years old, or perhaps 3 years old, so I am worried about taking them too soon.

I, too, have found myself spending a good bit of time looking undergrad and grad options. There are SO many choices on the grad school side (I am looking at US and overseas), I've decided to just stop looking until I at least earn the BSBA. Probably won't start a program until 2018 or 2019 anyway.
My Math AS will have to wait. BSBA first, then start math studies, probably beginning with pre-cal since it's been so long
I signed up for THE May tecep, and June as well. Was going to take the 1st in May, and if I passed I'd drop June and get a refund. Instead I will just take more AOS classes (which should help a LITTLE for the tecep), and give myself more time to study Strat Man. So the $117 June tecep fee won't be recovered, but it's worth it to me just to have an option to take the exam again in August if needed.
We have so many paths before us, don't we?

Can you get an AS from TESU after the BSBA?
For me, the financial aid is adding some restrictions. I have to go in a certain order, if I want to make the most of financial aid, and I have to take 12 credits per semester for at least 2 semesters.
I'm in the same situation for Strategic Mgmt.
I've forgotten most PreCalc too, but maybe I can just skip it.

I could meet the requirements for the BSBA first, then complete and transfer in what's needed to meet the ASM requirements, and then complete TESU graduation. However, looks like I can earn the ASM for a good bit less money (and 2 fewer classes) by going thru a local college.
My JuCo says I need just Linear Algebra, Calc 1, and Calc 2. Who knows, maybe I COULD do those (starting w/ pre-cal refresher) between August and December.

StoicJ (and sorry to sidetrack your thread for a sec, Ideas)...you said that, to get the JC's AS(Math), you'd have to do the 3 classes with them? If so, if there's a way you can squeeze in Calc 1 this summer, then LA & Calc 2 together for fall would work...LA is basically annoying sudoku. There are so many calc 1 resources out there, you might not need much in the way of refresher...things like the trig relationships will come back as you start manipulating them (do loads and loads of calc practice problems...it's like muscle memory).

Trig did come back to me pretty easily I am counting on Calc I and II not taking too many hours.

I am spending a lot of time, and I feel that I'm barely keeping up. The community college courses involve much more time than I expected, because I forgot they were accelerated summer courses. I also hate how most discussions require responding on 3 different days, with a full 24 hours between replies. It is a pain to set a reminder and check the times.
The EdX Diff Eq course has been very hard for me, but I hope that I can stay with it. It is hard to find enough time where I am clear-headed enough to tackle this level of math. I really do not want my health to be what prevents me from completing this course. Although I do enjoy the professor's videos, I feel like the exercise questions are not totally on the same topics that were taught in the videos. I end up spending too much time on the community college courses I am trying to remind myself that I would like to get all A's, but that it's more important that I finish the Diff Eq course.
I asked questions in the Davar $99 thread and don't have answers, so I may have to ask TESU. I did Organizational Behavior at Davar. I am not doing GM or Ops Man, but I thought it would be easy and give me an idea of what Davar exams are like. I felt the 10 "short essay" questions were tiring... to do all 10 in a row. Davar does allow you to skip around, it seems, unlike the TECEPs. I feel less worried about the TECEP essays after having experienced a Davar exam.
However, I need to make time for Strategic Mgmt soon, and that is stressing me out, because I am worried about falling behind in the cc classes. I am surprised that this relatively easy material is making me feel stupid. It also feels like a waste sometimes, because I could do SL courses so much faster, but I am still considering taking 12-18 credits in the fall, to make use of the grant money.

I can kinda feel ya. I've got the 2 free Study.com's I need to take this month, plus I'd like to do 3 or 4 Davars, and then there's the Strategic Management test in a few weeks. I couldn't do this 1st EdX DE course. Maybe the 2nd one?
Congrats on getting Organizational Behavior done.
