Forgot to add....please let us know when you take the Civil War exam, and how it went. I've heard it's not easy. When my Mom took it (at age 60 before getting her History BA - COSC), she said there were a lot of questions regarding artillery and weapons, which she didn't expect. But that was her experience.
Thanks!

Clep101, I can't thank you enough for posting this!!! I was able to change my degree major in the nick of time to something I far prefer! I only need to take the Civil War DSST exam now after I finish the class I'm taking at TESC.
Well I guess I was glad I could help. Good luck on your Civil War exam. I found that as long as you know the IC flashcards, you will pass with flying colors. Don't sweat it too much.

CLEP101 Wrote:Just in case someone else is trying to get a History Degree with TESC, this is what they approved for me. A lot of my credit is from the Military so you will need to fill in those gaps with other CLEPs/DSSTs, college courses and military credit. Green is completed, and yellow is still needed. (I think I attached the file correctly)
Hope this helps someone,
I only received 12 credits for my military transcripts. They seem to be different credits than the ones you received as well. I am not currently enrolled at TESC anymore so I cant look to see right this second but I know it was mainly physical fitness related credits and I think I got some for my job training in the communications field. What was your MOS?
