When we left we moved to Panama. Earlier this year we moved closer to Panama City which is just as modern as most US cities. I'm from near Philly and Panama City is much nicer overall in my opinion. Philly is such a dump. I now live less than 5 minutes from one of the sets of locks in the Panama Canal. It's pretty awesome! Every day I drive along the Canal and see gigantic container ships, cruise ships and all kinds of sail boats and yachts. The kids love it. Oh, and we have sloths in our backyard!!
