I'll try to do Personal Finance + a Saylor back to back then. Then I'll have to rush and do Public Speaking + another Saylor before my first month of study.com is over. It will be good for me to be forced to do 4 this quickly.
Since this was my very first Study.com course/ proctored exam I was completely uncertain about my use of time (given that my goal is to complete 75 credits in 6 months). So I bounced back and forth with the courses I elected on Study.com. Excluding what seems to be a limit in the number of courses you can add to your study schedule at a time (1 :confused there was nothing that inhibited my ability to look at or progress through the other courses. Inevitably I ended up completing Personal Finance first, but only because I had made the fastest progress in that subject (I work for a bank).
I wish the dashboard allowed for study more like how a campus would, 3-5 course running simultaneously. MWF - World Religion, TThSa - Sociology, but I didn't find that to be an option within a singular account. So far my current method is working for me...3 to 4 hours per weekday evening and 10 intermittent hours on weekends of each including taking/reviewing notes. I take all the quizzes until I get as close to 100 as I can without throwing my MacBook, then practice chapter exams, then the practice final...then the final. (I know most in the forum don't dig Study for the sheer amount of quizzes but its worked for me thus far to build my confidence on the exam content)
We'll see what works for the A&I CLEP (which I heard you can't truly study for) since I'm taking at the end of this month....I'm using only IC and notes printed from the forum here.

Does anyone know what code Personal Finance lies under for COSC? I just got accepted... trying to plan out accordingly.

I'm trying to optimize my scholarship exams too, and I'm not sure which will be best for me. I did Personal Finance then Principles of Finance toward my BSBA business core requirements.
I am thinking of doing two Marketing courses because I think I want the Marketing concentration. Business 309: Digital Marketing & Advertising has a final project, but the project doesn't seem too hard. The Marketing Research needs two 1200-1500 word papers done, but I am seriously considering doing it.
Edit: I am definitely doing Digital Marketing.
I'm considering taking Pathophysiology, toward my Biology Assoc degree. That one has so many quizzes. I think it's 168 quizzes. It is bound to have some repetition between lessons, so it might not take a lot longer.
I'm not sure what else is the best use for the scholarship. I was thinking of possibly Public Speaking to save the expense at Straighterline. Also I want to do all the SL courses in one month, and this would make it easier to reach that goal. I have heard SL's course is easier, but not by much. However, I also worry that some future school is not going to accept SL's course because the name isn't clearly Speaking/Speech/Oral.
I am also considering Genetics. I don't see another relatively inexpensive and relatively fast way to do a Genetics course (one that counts for Biology Assoc degree). Is there one? So maybe I will replace Public Speaking with Genetics.
I don't actually need Pathophysiology or Genetics for the Assoc degree, but feel that someday I will be glad for having taken them.

After my xscripts were evaluated by TESU, I had 14 classes left for a BSBA GM. Got the Ethics credits in April. Approved for Guardian scholarship this month (May), so took the PF class and World Religions. 12 to go.
I'll take TECEP BUS421 later this month.
June will be 2 or 3 Saylor classes, plus Study.com's FIN301 and MAN372.
July will be 3 or 4 Saylor classes, plus Study.com's MAN230 and BUS309.
That leaves 2 upper level GM classes. I don't really want to take any other Management or Accounting classes. That leaves Finance and Marketing. Study.com doesn't have anything for me in those areas, so I'm leaning towards Davar's FIN311 and MAR310.
After I finish my TECEP I will have at least 3 hours available for study every day. I'll work on one class at a time. I figure some will take as little as 5 days, some will take closer to 2 weeks. Stats might be a bear for me. I am hoping to convince TESU to give me credit for a stats class I took at uni a long time ago. If they do approve it, I will still take a Stats class, and will probably take Calc also, just because I feel I'm weak in those areas. But I'd rather get a degree first, THEN get back to personal development
My house will be up for sale soon, and when it sells I'm moving my family out of the country. That may put a little crimp in my study plans.... we'll see. I can still take proctored exams. I hope to be done with the last of my classes by August sometime. Then it's on to a Master's?

Do it! I did it 5.5 years ago and don't regret it at all. I actually went back home in March and felt so out of place. The lifestyle is just so different where I am compared to the USA and I have no desire to go back.

I am doing Marketing Research because I want a Marketing concentration. I feel that the written assignments are fairly hard. I wish I could skip them or make them shorter. I am finishing the second assignment. I am pretty sure I'll pass on my first try, but I am not looking forward to other courses with written assignments that are on the long side, especially not at Study.com. I don't think I have to take anymore at Study.com. I will have one or maybe more at Davar.
