I received a response today, here it is, along with my exact request.

I would like to know if there are any possible instances where I may have to pay the waiver more than once while pursuing an ASBA followed by a BSBA.
If I pay the waiver and graduate with an ASBA, must I pay it again to graduate with a BSBA?
If not, does it matter if my enrollment lapses between the two graduations?
Alzee
You will not be required to pay a second residency waiver. However, if your enrollment lapses you will be required to come back under whatever requirements that are in place when you return.
Seems cut and dry to me unless someone has received conflicting information from a higher source. This came from:

This response comes straight from someone in the graduation department, so I trust this.

Just note that I did ask specifically about ASBA -> BSBA. If you're going for two BSBA's, or a BSBA and a BALS, or any other combination, it wouldn't hurt to ask that exact question.

So the requirement for UL credits in AoS for the BSAST in Technical studies went from 12 credits to 18... The website has not been updated yet, but I had it confirmed by advising. I would be at 17 after completing the two core courses... That's very disappointing.
Does anyone know if there's even a possibility of a waiver for that?

I actually just got my evaluations complete. Is it alright if I make a new degree plan/accountability thread? Also, I wanted to share what my APICS CPIM transferred in as for future reference for other people.
APICS Certification Programs - CPIM
CPIM - Basics of Supply Chain Management - 3 credits OPM-301 Operations Management
CPIM - Strategic Management of Resources - 3 credits OPM-470 - Materials Management Policy
I can't tell which the other 3 transferred in as directly, but here are my guesses:
CPIM - Master Planning of Resources - 2 credits OPM-313 Inventory Systems Planning
CPIM - Detailed Scheduling & Planning - 2 credits OPM-331 Production Planning & Scheduling
CPIM - Execution & Control of Operations - 2 credits OPM-332 Production Planning & Cost Analysis
At current rates, APICS annual Membership is $220, and each test is $190 ($290 for non-members). So $950 total for 12 UL OPM credits. Plus you get a pretty industry-standard certification. Or you can pick and choose for $97-145 per credit.
