I took Intro to Computing a couple months ago (like late last year some time). At the time, I wasn't fully enrolled at TESC but I had applied and sent money, put my name in, got paperwork started, etc. so I sent my test scores to TESC. They never came through and I'd really like credit for that test.
How do I retrieve/find DANTES tests that I've taken? Do I contact the school where I took the test even though I'm not enrolled there?

You should be able to log-in to the Dantes website. Use the log-in you set-up and used to order / buy the test and all of your completed tests should be listed. You can also ask Dantes to resend the results.

I took four DSST tests on paper and 3 DSST tests on computer. Only my tests taken on computer are on the DSST website. I much prefer taking DSST tests on paper (old school).

Rest assured your scores are not lost. They are held by DSST/DANTES for 20 years.
The transcript you need is from DSST, not from your testing center or prior institution. Technically, even if your old transcript lists your exam credit, you'll still need to get an official score report/transcript for your application to TESC.
If your paperwork that you sent didn't include an official DSST transcript, start there. If it did, be patient, it can take a few weeks in some cases.

Are you looking just for this last one, or do you need all of the DSST exams (paper and computer) you have taken? Either way, you can either print out the transcript request form on the DSST site, fill it out, and then either scan it and send it to their email address or fax it in. You are also welcome to call them and order the transcript right over the phone. These methods can only be used if you plan to pay for the transcript with a credit card. For those who still prefer to use checks, fill out the form and mail it in. DSST processes these requests in the order that they are received, with phone and emails given higher priority. I don't know if this has changed though...
