I recently got some ads from UDaVinci, which are for several Bachelor of Engineering programs
B.Eng. Information Systems:
https://www.euroinnova.sv/licenciatura-e...titulacion
B.Eng. Cybersecurity:
https://www.euroinnova.sv/licenciatura-e...davinci-mx#
B.Eng. Software Engineering:
https://www.euroinnova.sv/licenciatura-e...davinci-mx
All these programs are in Spanish and have their respective RVOE numbers on file. While I cannot use them because there is no such thing as a B.Eng. in El Salvador(there are either Bachelor or Engineer degrees) I think this could be useful for those who speak spanish in other countries.

Seems like a good list of programs, I've seen the EuroInnova site before and wrote about that too, haven't really searched for undergrad when I was on that site though... I wonder if DeepL or Google Translate would be sufficient to translate the entire thing if someone was going to use these program and are not proficient in Spanish...

Related to languages, the examinations will be in Spanish and you will have to do them without translator. I think this is going to be the main problem. For anything else the translator should be your friend and should be technical speak, so no problem there.
A "Licenciatura en ingenieria en sistemas computacionales" traditionally has a lot of math, some physics and later as is obvious informatics in hardware and how it works interacting with software. Is not a study solely focus in programing, but has some programing. The one presented above seems to have less math subjects than other I checked in the past. So if you do not enjoy math this should sound good to your ears.
If you want programming, go for something focus on "programacion" or Software. Will be more focus in that direction, so "Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Software" will be more appropriated. Also should a more practical approach. For a lot of people a lot more fun too.
Think that this is a 3 years bachelors that is in fact 4 and a half year studies compressed. No festivities, no holidays. Each six weeks 2 subjects or something similar. When you finish degree will need 6 month or more and then you have to go trough WES or similar. Probably (based on my experience) you will see your credits diminished or bad calculated to lower count that what should be. Also there is no way to accelerate the courses.
